The Most Important Question
In John 18;38 Pilate asked the most important question; ‘what is truth?’ Ironically Pilate zealously asked the question, but never waited for an answer. Jesus had just told him V37 ‘Everyone who is on the side of truth listens to me.’ One way to measure true spirituality is to watch to see if that person listens to Jesus’ voice. Pilate’s asking Jesus the question while refusing to listen to his answers reveals the ultimate hypocrisy!
John 8;32 ‘The truth shall set you free.’ The two of the major universities in the U.S. (Southern Methodist and Johns Hopkins University) use Jesus’ words as their motto. But it seems to me that they have failed to remember Jesus’ preceding words; V31;32 ‘If you hold to my teaching, you are my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.’
The most important question you and I will ever ask is ‘what is truth?’ And the next question will be ‘What does it matter?’ So much of society has struggled with these questions and has concluded that the truth cannot be known. But Jesus challenges this assumption. The word, the truth, Jesus’ person, and true freedom are inextricably connected. This is God’s design made for you and me. And if you break the design, then you break life! If you honor God’s design, then you will find true freedom!
Truth is the thread that separates true spirituality from false spirituality. Spirituality does not give relevance to life, but truth gives relevance to spirituality. So don’t dare to get sidetracked with ceremony or legalism! Your spirituality must be born of the truth, and lived out in grace! Our spirituality matters to God, and it must matter to us as well!

Pastor Lloyd Bustard
Lloyd was born in Canada, where his parents cared and provided for nineteen children. Trying to deal with the death of his father, during his teenage years, Lloyd resorted to a lifestyle of drugs, alcohol, and rock-n-roll. Miraculously God delivered him and he began ministering under a dynamic, inspirational anointing. This ministry led him to a church in Pascagoula, Mississippi where he met his wife, Pam. They have been married for twenty five years and have three beautiful children. They now reside in North Carolina where Lloyd and Pam pastor World Worship Church. Lloyd is a worshipper of Jesus Christ. This is clearly seen, heard, and felt through the praise and worship songs which he writes and sings.

I am a seeker. I seek the truth and a solid foundation in which to stand on. My name is Colt Lightfoot and like so many of us my wife Jenni and I were a ship lost at sea seeking that beacon of light. We were lost inside outside and in-outside downways. I am a Veteran of Desert Sheild, Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Restore Hope, I have been deployed to Afghanistan, Somalia, Mogadishu, Tekret and Feluja.I have been shot twice in combat and stabbed once. None of that was as bad as what My wife my son Colton and I just went through. We feel the Lord literaly carried us here on HIS shoulders, back home to North Carolina so that we may find that Beacon of light in WWC. We came here with nothing but the clothes on our backs, escaping home invasions and robberies in our home. My son and wife were shot at for no reason and the only thing I could do was pray for a miracle. On December 11th, 2010 the Lord provided a miracle and We received a set of airline tickets bringing us home. What Pastor Bustard and his Wonderful wife Pam and this Beautiful Congregation at WWC means to us is far beyound any comprehension. We are eternaly greatful to our wonderful Brothers and Sisters and for the Pastors Bustard for Keeping that Beacon lit so we could find home and for Leela for giving us direction to WWC to dock our ship. We are blessed for sure. This is the strongest truest Testimony I have ever given. I am a seeker and I have been Found...I am Home here in WWC!!!
