The Church, The People, The Hope

I read the other day how that in the 1930’s, 40’s, and up into the 50’s, anyone who wanted to get a loan to buy a house, on the application was a place where you had to give a reference of the Church you attended, and a letter of recommendation for loan from your Pastor.

Wow! Have things changed or what? Back in those decades of ‘spiritual consciousness,’ when more Americans feared the Lord, because of the social atmosphere of reverencing God and the Church, you couldn’t get a loan, or a decent job, if you didn’t faithfully attend Church.

The good news my friends is, ‘the glory of the latter house shall be greater than the glory of the former house.’ So get ready Church, God is about to ‘restore the years,’ and His Church is going to step back on the world’s center stage!

God’s Church is strong, loving, and full of hope for the hopeless! We are the ‘called out ones!’ God’s hand always has been, and always will be securely placed upon His Church!
I’m more excited about being a part of His Church than ever! Let’s continue to be the body of Christ upon this earth, so he can move, heal, love, encourage, set free, and save through the people who lift upon the name of Jesus Christ high for all to see, and run to!
It’s a privilege to serve you

About the Author

Pastor Lloyd Bustard

Lloyd was born in Canada, where his parents cared and provided for nineteen children. Trying to deal with the death of his father, during his teenage years, Lloyd resorted to a lifestyle of drugs, alcohol, and rock-n-roll. Miraculously God delivered him and he began ministering under a dynamic, inspirational anointing. This ministry led him to a church in Pascagoula, Mississippi where he met his wife, Pam. They have been married for twenty five years and have three beautiful children. They now reside in North Carolina where Lloyd and Pam pastor World Worship Church. Lloyd is a worshipper of Jesus Christ. This is clearly seen, heard, and felt through the praise and worship songs which he writes and sings.
